Alasdair MacDonald - Chief Executive Officer
Alasdair MacDonald has been an innovator in the telemedicine and e-health fields for over fifteen years. A promoter of low bandwidth real time solutions, Alasdair designed and built the original VitalLink system, and was the first person to send real time ECG/EKG, SpO2, blood pressure and temperature from a commercial aircraft in flight, to a doctor on the ground.
Alasdair continues to work in a consultant capacity with individuals and organisations, national and international, military and civilian, to look at all aspects of the e-health / telemedicine environment, the drivers and enablers, long term objectives and short term opportunities.
Gerry Buss - Chief Operating Officer
Gerry has 25+ years of experience in the aviation market that encompasses responsibilities from product design and test to sales. A graduate of the University of Washington Business School, Gerry also has had numerous entrepreneurial experiences in developing businesses as diverse as equine trauma kits and an internet technology website.
This broad range of process driven experiences and creativity coupled with a strong belief in life long learning provides Gerry with the tools to help build TeleMedic Systems into a flexible market driven organisation capable of responding to the needs of our customers any where around the globe.
Peter Wrangham - Director
In 1995, along with Alasdair MacDonald, Peter founded TeleMedic Systems Ltd., and for five years, managed the supporting Internet Service Provision Company.
Having run a successful Property Management business for 35 years Peter is now able to devote much of his time and experience to TeleMedic Systems.
Peter is also a Member at Lloyds and a founding Director of Integrated Communications Solutions Ltd., an organisation supplying, integrating and supporting satellite telephony to many of the aid efforts in Afghanistan, Iraq and other trouble spots throughout the world.
Jane Hawkins - Company Secretary and Quality Manager
Before joining TeleMedic Systems, Jane worked as Office Manager for an IT Technical Support company in London with responsibilities including supervision, operation, personnel and payroll.
Previously Jane worked for a national firm of Chartered Accountants, gaining considerable experience with roles including that of company secretary, credit controller and maintaining the regional company accounts.
As Company Secretary/Quality Manager, Jane is responsible for maintaining all company records and auditing all processes and procedures to adhere with the
ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and MDD Annex II accreditation from Underwriters Laboratories (UK) Ltd.
David Lawrence - Director
David has 23 years experience selling high technology solutions to enterprise clients. Before joining TeleMedic Systems, David held European and Worldwide Sales Management roles with Hitachi and IBM.
He brings a wealth of experience and sound judgement to the management team.
